What is coaching?

Coaching is a 100% confidential and non judgmental process that supports you as you decide what you want to achieve in your career, relationships, health, finances – in fact in all aspects of your life.

Coaching has developed from the stages of mentoring and guiding to empower people like you to make decisions about your life and to support you whilst taking the necessary action to achieve what you decide you want.

Coaching is a very goal orientated, forward focused, action plan orientated process moving people from where they are now to where they want to be much quicker than doing it themselves.

Coaches aren’t the expert in the situation – you are the best person to judge what’s right for you – so you won’t be given advice or told what to do.

Coaches expect you to take action – coaching is not about talking about an issue without taking action to make a change. So if you’re not willing to do something to improve your current situation, coaching won’t be the right path for you at this time.
